1. Fractionation System (2): Two DeSmet fractionation systems with membrane filter. One built in 2000. Includes (24) vertical crystallizers and Industrieterren membrane filter with 69 plates polypropylene. Filter volume 2,875 liters (759.5 gallons). Capacity 78 MTPD based on first fractionation Palm Oil.
2. Hydrogen Generating Plant: Hydro Chem hydrogen generating plant 60,000 scfh (1700 ncmh) at 200 psig. Built 2004, modular. Generates hydrogen gas to 99.999% purity and includes a re-boiler to export steam back to the rest of the plant at 6,000 lb/hr at 270 psig. Process is hydrocracking/reformer with a pressure swing adsorption process using 4 psa columns
3. Spray Drying Systems (3): THREE Niro spray dryer systems, capacity at 20 MTPD, 25 MTPD, and 30 MTPD last running on non-dairy creamer. Niro dryer with all auxiliaries, fluid bed, scrubber, cyclones, and two high pressure homogenizer pumps each.
4. Deodorizer Systems (6): Six Votator semi-continuous deodorizers - THREE are stainless steel deodorizer systems with 6 ss trays and all auxiliaries, and 3 are carbon steel systems with all auxiliaries.
5. Liquid Filling Line operating at 250 bottles per minute. Includes Packaging Dynamics 40 head filler rated at 300 bpm, Consolidated 12 head capper running 32mm caps, cap feed and blower, labeler, packer, Pace unscrambler, and stainless steel bottle conveyor and lowerators. This line was running rectangular PET bottles, filling edible salad oil.
6. Liquid Filling Packaging Line for HDPE gallons and 64oz bottles. Includes Pace unscrambler and uprighter, Pacific 18 head filler, capper, labeler, and conveyors
7. Margarine Processing Equipment: Emulsifier tanks and process system, Votator crystallizers and high pressure triplex pumps.
8. Liquid Filling Line - 5 gallon or bag in box 35 pound line - 4 head filler, automatic capper, vision cocked cap detector, sealer.
9. Can Filling Line - fills 3# cans (502 can) with shortening. Can either apply a membrane top with plastic overcap or a double seamed metal top. Includes 2 fillers, can depalletizer, Fords Holmatic can sealer, Angelus seamer, accumulation table, Rockford case erector/packer.
10. Votators Crystallizers (6): Six Votators Crystalizzers 10,000 #/hr capacity shortening, 1 Votator at 3,500 #/hr capacity margarine, and 2 Votators at 20,000 #/.hr capacity shortening. - a total of 9 in all - each containing both A unit crystallizers and B unit pickers
11. Continuous Hydrogenation System - includes (2) 60,000 pound (8,000 gallon) stainless steel reactors, (2) Industrial 400sf filter presses, slurry tanks, and all automation.
